Online appointment requests are handled through WebPT, and payments through ConvergePay. These are third-party systems with their own terms and privacy practices. Links to maps and social media also lead to services we do not control, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Intellectual property

The text, photography, and design of this website belong to Peak Physical Therapy and may not be reproduced without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use such as printing patient forms.
