This website does not collect personal information through forms, accounts, or tracking that identifies you. We do not sell or share visitor information. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.
Like most websites, the infrastructure that hosts this site may keep standard server logs, which can include IP addresses, for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.
Some links lead to third-party services with their own privacy practices. Online appointment requests are handled through WebPT, and payments through ConvergePay. Links to maps and social media lead to services those companies operate. Information you submit through any of these services is governed by their disclosures and, for patient records, by our Notice of Privacy Practices, available at the clinic.
