Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to a website everyone can use.
Our conformance target
Peak Physical Therapy is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, and other assistive technology.
Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We work toward substantial conformance with that standard across the site. Accessibility is ongoing work rather than a finished state, and we do not claim the site is free of every barrier.
What we have built in
- Semantic HTML landmarks and a logical heading order on every page.
- A skip to content link so keyboard users can bypass the header.
- Menus that open and operate with a keyboard, including the dropdowns.
- A visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
- Text alternatives for images that carry meaning.
- Text and interface colors checked against WCAG 2.1 Level AA contrast ratios.
- Pages that reflow and zoom without loss of content.
How we test
We combine automated scanning with manual keyboard testing. We review the site when we make significant changes and on a recurring schedule, and we keep a record of what we test and what we fix.
Tell us about a barrier
If you have difficulty using any part of this site, or you would like information from it in another format, please contact our Accessibility Coordinator:
- Phone: (408) 366-1735
- Email: info@peakptcupertino.com
- Mail: 10580 South De Anza Blvd., Cupertino, CA 95014
Please tell us the page you were on and what happened. We aim to respond within three business days. If a fix will take longer than that, we will tell you what we are doing and give you the information you were looking for another way in the meantime.
Third party content
Some features on this site are provided by other companies, including our appointment request system and our online payment page. We do not control how those services are built. If you run into a barrier on one of them, contact us and we will help you complete what you were trying to do by phone or in person.
